It was a very long wait to get results of what was wrong with my cat. I do understand that emergencies do happen which puts others aside. I take my animals there for emergencies. I really like the staff they are thorough and kind to pets parents. It's also great to see that there is an discount for elderly and others.

We needed an emergency vet for our dog who had an anal gland abscess. I’ve heard really good things about this location so we decided to make the trip out there from the suburbs. We saw Dr. McCarthy who was great. She answered all our questions and told us the next steps on how to treat our dog and what to expect. The staff was also great and super friendly. Check in was easy as well. We spent about 45 minutes there and left with medication and a cone. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because the price to even get seen was really steep ($280) and we ended up spending about $400 total. It gave me peace of mind that we got him checked out and we were able to leave with what he needed and if there was a medical emergency in the middle of the night again that couldn’t wait until morning I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Service was quick and doctor and staff was very caring. Unfortunately I was told that it may be time for to think euthanasia. 2 months later and my cat is back to normal. She was having seizures. Seizures have been under control and my cat is 95% back to normal.

Had a scary experience when my cat started choking at home and continued drooling, sticking out his tongue, and gagging even after coughing up a couple treats he swallowed whole. We rushed him to BluePearl and a nurse took him back within a minute of arriving. Everyone we interacted with from the front desk staff to the nurses and techs was incredibly kind, calm, and informative during a stressful situation. Thankfully they only needed to check his vitals and airway, and they didn’t end up charging us for the visit! Really grateful for their compassion and quick response. Thank you!
