Very sad to say I moved to Rocky point a couple of months ago with my six dogs some rescues and I build a relationship with the doctor like I did with my children’s doctor. I don’t cut corners. I could go to Petco or PetSmart and get my dog physicals and vaccinations for $100. I got my six dogs that have vaccinations and physicals last month for roughly $4000. Try to build a relationship up with the office.Dr. Caputo, who my mother‘s been going to for a long time was the owner and so does everybody but called up had a horrible night Friday night until Saturday morning my one dog was having a coughing fit and couldn’t breathe well so I put her in the bathroom with the humidity gave us some honey and waited till the morning called up at 8:02. You guys opened up at 8 o’clock was told by the receptionist that the earliest she could get me in was Tuesday I explained to her that I’m a customer I just spent $4000. I just moved to the area you are my veterinarian and this is an emergency she says while we book up early and we have a half a day so there’s nothing I can do so I after being very upset and cutting this short because I wrote a longer one and I couldn’t go through so I had to redo my review. She had no idea who owns the place. She had no idea what the phone number was she told me the semi owner is the general manager Mrs. Germano She’s off the weekends and she only works Monday through Friday so I says this is important. Can you get in touch with her in my business which wasn’t something that was a living and was life or death my phone was on no we don’t bother her so OK let me speak to the doctor doctor come in at 8:30 845. I said you open up from eight to one you told me you were in half a day so the doctors don’t come in till eight 3840 told her for the doctors to call me back so we could get a shot of steroids put her on anti-inflammatory get an antibiotic Whatever the doctor recommends 40 minutes later, I get a call from another receptionist that doesn’t know who owns the place or anything says to me that they’re booked and they can’t get me in until Tuesday. I hung the phone up because I could not understand that I just your new client moved into the neighborhood part of the family of my dog‘s physicals that I could’ve got done for $400 at the big stores where everybody goes instead I’m loyal to my local animal hospital like I am to my local doctor because I want to build a relationship and to make sure we are on the same page but the workers didn’t care two bits so I went to your website which says emergency visits come right in as long as we’re open, we could do anything long story short the workers don’t see their website because it says doesn’t make a difference as long as you’re open come in my mother couldn’t believe it. My sister couldn’t believe it what y’all have animals and all come to the hospital and they know the night that I had in the suffering the dog was going through and this is what you guys did to me so I call up Monday morning at 8:02. I am told that the general manager owner whatever you wanna call Mrs. Jumano doesn’t come in until nine 930 OK so she’s the general manager owner she doesn’t work weekends she doesn’t come in until nine or 930 or a little later. I hope the phone calls are taped that I called on Saturday at 8:02 that I called on Monday and that also you guys called me back at Saturday so you guys could hear the way your workers and how everybody speaks and talks to your customers. I guess when you’re a big corporation, the workers don’t care about taking care of the customers like as if we meant something in my business taking care of a customer and having repeat business is the way of staying in business and building part of the neighborhood and being part of the family sadly to say I’m sitting here I went on the website and I said set up appointment if you remember, I told you on Saturday the lady said that they were booked until Tuesday, the joke of it is, I went on the website and it made an appointment for me for Monday

I went to River Road veterinary hospital in Andover MA yesterday and after waiting 30 minutes to be seen and then having a 60 minute appointment that was a farce and paying $240 for a flaky Vet to come in to the exam room, not even take my dogs temperature ask for a very small ear cone to do an ear exam and then forget to do an ear exam to talk on the phone with an insurance company come back into the room to give me a prescription for Flagyl for my dog who is straining to poop laughing when she tries to figure out the math and can't on dispensing the dosage well, she's commenting on my sandals and asking me where I got them because she can't find those anymore and then send me home with an empty prescription bottle and instructions to give this twice a day for a week
