I was extremely happy with the care Rory had been given while she was with you. Everyone was very sweet with Rory. I felt thoroughly informed about what would take place before the surgery as well as immediately following the surgery and left confident in knowing what Rory's aftercare needs would be. Olivia was amazing! She was kind and helpful in all interactions I had with her. Because of my own issues, I was unable to carry Rory out to the car when sedated after surgery. Olivia offered to carry her out for me immediately! What they did best was inspire confidence in knowing Rory was in the best possible hands.

The Vet Tech was very caring and knowledgeable. Victoria helped to explain the procedure when a microchipped pet is found and she was great with my kitty, Stevie. Dr. Lauderdale was wonderful as well. They explained to me all of my options while I am waiting to see if Stevie's original owner chooses to claim him. Victoria was amazing! She was great with Stevie and did her due diligence in finding out if he had a prior owner and explaining not only her processes, abut also explaining what was happening as I was waiting. She has great bedside manner. What they did best was the clear communication every step of the way. i was very impressed by that and their empathy and care.
