Called today because my cat was in distress with possible heart issues. They are the closest vet to me after I moved a couple months ago. I had called my general practice vet, but their phone was busy so I tried here. Initially was fine, made an appointment for about two hours after my call. My general practice vet called and suggested to bring to emergency, called roxborough back and the man tried to cancel my appointment! I was simply asking if I could come in immediately, but he was getting confused with my question. When he finally understood he laughed at me and said no and again tried to cancel my appointment. Glad I am listening to my vet and not going there.
